I purchased “PHP Matrimonial Website & Android App – Premium 2.0” from them through PayPal from the USA.
Do not buy from them, seriously! I am warning you!
You are wasting your time and money by purchasing a script from this low-level company. They are a kind of new type of scammers who sell their partially developed script and then impel you to pay money for each of their services and support. Their support (Raise your ticket) based is on one-way communication, a useless service. You can check the status of your ticket, but you can not talk to any support team, and you don’t know where their office is. They claim that they are Ahmedabad (Gujarat) based. They are spoiling the reputation of other Indian professions that sell their fully developed bug-free software.
A few issues that noticed are:
1. Major bugs in the registration page!
2. Default email verification was not configured.
3. Unable to use USA phone number for mobile verification. After six months they asked me to provide SMS API.
4. Unable to select/enter city when a state is selected.
5. Neither country names listed alphabetically nor country codes in the dropdown menu.
I wasted money and time in setting up Android App, another utter failure!
They don’t care about their customers for months. What a frustration! They are rude at times in replying through email or WhatsApp.
Can Indian cyber-criminal authority investigate this company?
