My sales manager is Mr. Arun, I started receiving the enquires after balance was deducted, I have received 224 leads as per portal, some of them were hunting for job and other have no knowledge of the product.
After my every call to JDMart my account manager Miss Rakshanda said that they will update keywords but I have not received business of single penny.
When the issue was accelerated to senior of Mr. Arun and I said to reverse the amount as JDMart was not working for me, his statement was to show any document in which they have written the same.
Such an unprofessional behavior. They are a fraudent company. Kindly tell me what I can do.
I will recommend never purchase plans from them.
