Sobha Ltd cheated by Sobha employees

Hi,
Sobha is trusted brand in real estate and with that trust we booked out flat in Sobha Nesara Kothrud. At the time of booking Sobha sales representative Mr. Suraj and Ms. Kamya (both have left Sobha ltd. now) has committed us that, we will get a call from Sobha Architect before our floor starts, based on that commitment and trust on Sobha employee, we booked our flat in Sobha Nesara Kothrud. And now when our floor is going to start to construct, we sent a mail to our Sobha CRM Mr. Gaurav requesting for small internal changes in our flat. Gaurav conveyed us that he will take approval from respective authorities. Later Guarav came back to us saying our request is not approved and Sobha never entertain any internal changes and even architects are not allowed to meet customers (Whereas Suraj & Kamya committed us that Architect will call you before our floor for any changes required).
Now as per Gaurav, internal changes are not possible even though they are small and not affecting any pillars. We really felt bad and felt like we have been cheated by Sobha employees.
