Jeny Ladies Hostel, Avadi, Chennai very worst maintenance

I’m a guardian and my fiance is temporarily staying in this private hostel. They charge 5000 as rent fir a month and 800 separate as electricity bill. It’s a shared room. They provide food but they treat the inmates as a beggar when they provide food. Most people staying in the hostel get food poisoning frequently. They don’t clean rooms only after people staying raises a complaint tk the owner. But that too sometime the clean after complaining and sometimes they don’t. They don’t clean restroom. It’s a ladies hostel and girls staying inside the hostel face worst difficulties using the washroom during menstruation periods. Multiple times I too raised a complaint to the owner in person but bi action taken. Owner stay inside the same hostel. She went to outstation last week and now situation became worse. They haven’t cleaned rooms, restroom yet and the staffs distributing food illtreat the people staying at the hostel.

Please take immediate and necessary actions.
