I am Bangalore, Karnataka state.
This is regarding the Ola electric scooter S1 Pro (higher end model) which I booked on 18th December’22 by paying a full online payment of 1, 42, 282 with Order ID : 1222-AVJ185.
After making this payment, I received a confirmation that Ola S1 Pro scooter will be delivered on 22nd December but they kept on postponing the date daily and finally got this scooter delivered on 26th December.
After checking the bike I noticed that Ola company cheated me by selling the lower end model which is Ola S1 instead of higher end model Ola S1 Pro as this S1 pro bike is costlier than Ola S1. Immedately I
called the Ola experience center at Kormangala and Indiranagar located at Bangalore location explaining about the complete situation and this huge mistake done by Ola company and they said that the only way to
get this rectified by raising a complaint by calling customer care. And I spoke to customer care but they denied to help me as the customer care kept transferring my calls stating purchase
department will help and service department will help. But at the end after wasting many hours nobody helped me in raising a complaint and they did not help to register my query and it was really very
frustrating and disappointing.
Finally I booked a complaint by sending email. Received the compliant number with customer support reference number: 3055334
Since then I have made numerous calls and sent emails to Ola customer service to get to know the status of the complaint but they are just transferring my calls asking me to contact service department or
purchase department again and again and at the end customer service representatives are disconnecting my calls without taking any complaint. Finally no actions are taken on this.
I have been calling the customer care and chasing the Ola company by emails but they are just disconnecting my calls and not helping at all.
Kindly take necessary strict legal actions on Ola company why this mistake has happened and which department or who did this mistake and take strict actions so that other people won’t suffer the pain which I am
undergoing. Kindly find the attached full payment made receipts and they have cheated me by selling a lower end model (Ola S1) as I was supposed to get the higher end model which Ola S1 Pro. I have also
contacted Ola Experience center and they are in turn asking me to contact customer service. No one is trying to help here and it’s too annoying and frustrating. Have made multiple calls to customer care and
they promised someone will contact me. But no one did until now.
Request you to take strict legal actions on the Ola company.Due to this big mistake from Ola as they have cheated me I have already been undergoing lots of mental stress and wasting time and its really
impacting my personal and professional life very badly.
