Sanyam was joint partner of Bhagtani to carry out development in project named The Executive in Ghatkopar West. This project was in JD with Bhagtani’s EDMD Infracon. In 2016 huge outcry of homebuyers began when they found Bhagtani was frauding them. Almost 2000 homebuyers were cheated as Bhagtani took their money by giving them provisional LOA and ran from the country. Many FIR and Cases in EoW is filed against Bhagtani who’s is in Qatar. But it is surprising that this Bhagtani partner named Jain of Sanyam Realtors was not even questioned he maliciously changed the project name from The Executive to Ashok Odyssey washing his hands from Bhagtani. This Jain is the same builder who is also accused of Money Laundering under PMLA by ED. Many homebuyers of the executive are fighting legal battle to get their possession back which the Jains are denying. These corrupt spineless builder should be punished and put behind the bars. Or one solution is dissolve their company named Sanyam realtors in NCLT court and return the money to homebuyers. It’s my sincere request to forward this issue to appropriate department as soon as possible.
