We have booked 03 plots, Each of 10 guntha 10, 000 sq ft.total 30, 000, sq. ft.
each for 1, 80, 000/00, after some days Notery agreement done, rs 75000.00 for 3 plots (25000.00) per plots cash taken by Mr .ALEX FERNANDIS for sale agreement to be done at pune office ar KEDARI HALL, Bhopla chowk, even I met 3 to 4 time with NILYASH JADHAV for this matter, PAN Card address proof and other detils taken for SALE DEED but nothing happen after that day, i as following, even visited sites at Mahad, raigad, AFTER 2 years when i went to pune office to see alex and nilyash to my surprise the office was Closed i enqured a lot but both office at PIMPRI nr kamgar bhavan and pune camp, and Tapsvi plaza office was shutdown by Alex fernandis and Nilyash jadhav, since then i am searching them, Alex is untraceable, some of people tried him at kondhwa old church where he was married as some person says who were present for his marriage, Even their Cheque was Bounced, against the booking cancelled chq issued, we went to vallabh nagar police station but they refused to take complaint, so we were helpless and took each other details for further course of action till date not able to do anything in this regard, I tried in between to find out them, went to corporation Bank at CHINCHWAD but the manager did not cooperated and refused to provide info about alex. I went to yerwada at jijamaata chowk Resident address of NILYASH JADHAV as per the agreement copy details, but this house was locked and mother was not traceble, with neighbours enquired, got to know that he constructing bunglow at TINGRE NAGAR I was looking the entire area but unable to find out Nilyash jadhav, Last year find out Mr.VINOD BHANDARI one of alex farenandis staff who signed receipt and taken cheque on behalf of Alex, i called and spoke to him but he is non cooperative and use fawal language, very rude in talking, i said one of my friend who pratap joseph took us to Vinod bhandari at Tapsvi plaza complex office of Alex fernandis, chinchwad for booking and site visit.
I have all cheque receipts signed by Vinod bhandari, evan calclled chq, Agreement copy notorised by notery at yerawada and pimpri chinchwad, can this will help us to take legal action against these people. I am trying to get all those people together again for fight for our rights.
Even went to varand and spoke to local person looking their work at site, but even he says his salary was due for 6 months. the nbl no was not in use of these people, even the mumbai pune land line no. not valid.
