I received call stating that you won the gift hamper
I visited to office to receive the gift and attained the session around 75m
and they explained the tour packages and convinced us to buy it on dated 17-Aug-2022
They made commitment to provide all the services on time but yet I have not received any of them and they made agreement and took my sign on that.
while doing this all they kept sound system on with full volume.
I have made many call and sent emails but did not received enough and clear communication, in the i have visited to office and asked for the my refund.
they committed that will send pay on coming Monday which is 21-11-22
still I have not received any response and refund from them in the for m of gym charges and hall charges.
request you to please take some action as many people are sufferings due to this inconvenience .
