Today I have received a fake iPhone in delivery through ecomexpress. It is a cash on delivery product. Initially I would ask your delivery partner to open the box and show me the product. But he refused to open the box before paying the amount. He said he will allow to open only after paying the amount for the product. I was in dylama. I paid the amount and after that when I opened the box it was a fake product. I lost 24k amount. Please suggest me what should I do now. Please don’t credit the amount to the opposite person till this issue resolves.
