Royara Corporate Services is a fraud company in the hospitality business. Please don’t avail of their hospitality service at any cost. Reason being –
1) They will not share with you clear information upfront.
2) Their rules keep on changing everyday.
3) They will not reply to your email without calling you n number of times.
4) They wouldn’t pick your call. You keep calling but no way.
5) It is clearly stated in the agreement that the said member is eligible to book complimentary Club benefits like Movie Tickets, Dinner booking, Events Passes, Discount on Spa and Parlors. But they deny upfront and don’t provide any of such services.
6) My membership started from 14th May and it’s been more than 6 months since I joined Royara Corporate Services. I had 1 dinner booking in the month of September and I had requested for another dinner booking in the month of October and they deny mentioning there should be 3 months gap between each dinner. My question is where it is stated that there should be 3 months gap between each dinner booking ?
7) There is no Movie Tickets, No Event passes, nothing… They simply cheat their customers.
8) Even if they reply to your email, they wouldn’t put their name or contact number that who is replying to the email.
9) Please see below the attached screenshot of the email response and also a copy of the contract.
10) Please read the Terms & Conditions of “Royara Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. Pune”. Please don’t pay or sign any document before reading their terms and conditions. They will ask you to pay first and then bring the contract document to sign.
11) For saying, they will explain you all false stories like 8 Nights, pick and drop but on contract it is 7 Nights.
12) Please, Please, Please don’t buy “Royara Corporate Services” membership or any of their services. Their is no surety, when they will run away Royara Corporate Services after getting your money.
