Dear sir/mam,
In mar2022, orationis international services Pvt Ltd team called me that I am a Lucky draw winner and come to get the prizes with my wife. There, I had found that so many customers are listening on the bench about the services they were offering. They had their volunteers for customers. Before giving the actual prize, they all were selling the tour packages. They all are sales agents and were trying politely to sell their products by any means. Because of their offers were going cheap and cheap when I denied to take any. But lastly, I had taken a tour and vacation plan of Rs 15000/- from orationis international services Pvt Ltd with attractive perks and an agreement has been signed by both the parties on stamp paper. After then, they gave me the actual Lucky draw prize for which they called me in their office. I have all the documents and vacation certificate. But know I want to to visit Rajasthan with my family and customer care email id are not responding to my email.
Kindly take strict action against them and help me to get my 15000/- at earliest.
