I would like to inform you that am very disappointed with wakefit mattress company. I have ordered this mattress on 25th sep 2022 using the valuable benefits of “Flipkart big billion days”. I felt that I made a huge mistake that I selected wakefit brand.

I spent almost 11000 rs on wakefit mattress which I will never ever receive. My question is to wakefit nodal team..

This kind of delay worst service Wakefit provide to their customers?

why you making fool to your valuable customers

I have ordered this on 25th September and today it’s 12 th Oct 2022 yet not received any update regarding delivery. I thrice gave a call to your customer support and your all 3 executives gave me different different answers. Yesterday I spoke with Ms Fatima from your team she told me ” you will receive your product till 30th October”

Wakefit Team are you crazy, 01 month time you guys wants for deliver a single mattress.I will never give your brand reference to anyone. If you knew for 01 month time you will take them mentioned the same on your product delivery date why you making fool to your clients?

My request to Wakefit Management team kindly take some serious action regarding this and resolve it. I want solution with compensate for wasted my days and time.
