Ggh Vacations Pvt Ltd Needful to cancel the package

I would like to bring your kind attention that we, me and my wife, visited your office situated at 7th Floor of Acropolis Mall, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata on 10th October, 2022 as per invitation. At that office Ms. Srijoni Mitra attended us and explained us the different holidays packages. We agreed to take a package of Rs.50, 000/-( Fifty Thousand ) and AMC of Rs. 7, 999/- after negotiation for India and Asia tour for five years and for 5 plus 5 i.e, 10 days in a year.
Mr. Prabir Kundu told us to pay 41% as down payment and the balance in 12 installments. But we told him that I want to pay the total amount of Rs. 50, 000/- by 18 installments and I would pay it later, not at that time.
Mr. Prabir Kundu asked me about the credit card. I told him that I use credit card but it’s not possible to pay through credit card. He then asked for the credit card and told us lie that he would just check the number of installments by that card. He then swiped for Rs. 50, 000 (Fifty Thousand ) through the card but as there was no sufficient balance it was declined. As there was the balance of Rs. 22, 086.99 he then tried to swipe for Rs.21, 000/-, but I did not want to put the PIN and I told him that I didn’t want to pay right then and I had need of that fund . He told me lie that no payment would be made just EMI would be processed and no amount would be blocked in my credit card balance. Inspite of that I was not agreed to use the credit card. He then made a conspiracy using a different credit card and swiped the amount of Rs.21, 000/- to show me that nothing would be paid just EMI would be processed. But it was not possible to check the sms for using that credit card. Then he used my credit card and took the amount of Rs.21, 000/-which was totally a cheating . And when I got the sms that ‘payment has been made’ then I noticed him. He then told me lie that it would take 5 to 7 days for processing the EMI and after that my credit card balance would be free. But that’s not the process of credit card. He just took the money cheating us.
Now I want to cancel the entire holiday package and get my money back immediately.
I, therefore, request you to please to do the needful to cancel the package and to arrange for the refund of my money immediately.
