M/s Expat Projects and Development Pvt Ltd promised to sell us agricultural land by paying money in installments for 60 months. We had entered into MOU and started paying since September 2011. We had visited the site a couple of time, but the land was not developed. They kept promising they would deliver the land shortly, but till now we haven’t received any.
They are not answering any queries.
How do we go about recovering our money.
