Royal Bliss Holidays Pvt. Ltd Need a full refund of our membership

We bought this membership of 3 days 2 nights worth Rs. 8000/- from Royal Bliss Holidays Club (Janakpuri) but the times we tried to reach them out for any bookings, we were given excuses everytime. Either the offices did not resume post Covid or it was a peak season that we were wanting our bookings in, or the company was shifting to Gurugram.

The staff is after you when you are planning whether to go for the membership or not, and later, once you purchase it, then you are after them to avail its services but they are of no rescue. We tried reaching out to them 3-4 times for a stay within the year but they did not book anything for us even a single time promising to make it up at the next booking. If we wanted to book a stay for June and called them up in the end of April for the same (which is 2 months in advance) they went in like that is the peak season and we have our bookings closed. Any weekend you pick any hotel, and they are always booked 100% always!

Who plans a holiday after vacations? That too when the booking is requested much much in advance? How can you be fully pre-booked and then also seeing similar reviews above, I feel no one is getting anything out of their memberships taken with them.

Upon asking for a senior’s number, the staff says we have left the job, our entire group has and that they cannot share their managers’ number even after leaving the company, that is not allowed (how to believe that, I am just not sure).

We shall be done with our year’s subscription soon but we see no hope of availing any stay within or outside Delhi in this period, because they have too many excuses to not avail you any bookings.

A word of mouth makes one reliable to go with and it really pulls you down too..we are deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism of this group and also understand that they have been trying to fool their members by just making fake promises to deliver the services ahead in the year but actually not converting anything even once.

We need a full refund of our membership or our stays before the membership expires, irrespective of how busy the entire office is shifting, laying off, managing work with no work actually being done or whatever.

I took out time to put this up because it is disturbing to see your money go down the drain this bad, please do read these reviews before planning to go in for their memberships, even in future.
