On 12th July 2022 I have ordered 3 no’s dustbin from DHWANI ENTERPRISE 80 L Swing Dustbin with Lid with Check Duster and the payment has been done of RS. 3657/-. on 15th July 2022 I have received only 1 no dustbin. I call on Amazon customer service for all this matter and raise a ticket for returning the product or missing product and also make them aware for refund my amount but they are not able to give me satisfied answer I call multiple times at last I raise and ticket on line to return the product and received a message from Amazon that the person will come to take return the product I wait whole day on 17th July but no one come to take the return delivery on very next day I raise an again online complaint for the same and also get the same return. then I call the amazon Agent that I got your number from amazon customer service that you are the delivery partner when did you come to take delivery he said that He is on leave today some one has come to take return delivery but no one has come. on next morning I call the same delivery agent he said today some one has come for take the delivery than no one has come i call multiple times but no revert. request you to help me in this matter
