I am reaching out to you to request you to provide an alternate service through which we can apply for Visas from India. Currently we have apply with VFS Global which is the WORST company to deal with.
I had applied for my mothers Irish visa in 2021 July and as per your Irisih embassies guidance had to withdraw the application.
VFS global was suppose to return my visa fees, it has been more than a year and they still have not done it. I am constantly following up for last 15months for a paltry sum of 100 Euros. But to no avail. I am not the only one… you can find others complaining about the same. Please help.

Refund ID: 4322 – both was shared by VFS customer care.. but after more than 1 year i am still waiting.
