Worst service by Accurate holidays/Jyothi madam:
I have booked Manili trip by accurate holiday coordinated by Jyothi madam on last week of December 2022. At the time of booking Jyothi madam made sure that we will be provided hotel room once we reach Manali. Hotel Apple Croft Cottage was booked for us to stay at Manali. we reached the hotel at 6:30 am, the hotel in charge /hotel boy denied to provide room for fresh up and told us to wait till 12 noon. after that there was a hot dissuasion between us and in charge, the in charge asked us to search another hotel as they don’t have room .me with my family waited till for 6 hrs. to get the room at subzero degree temperature at Manali. Finally, we got a very small room without any extra bed for my son as per the tour package. While booking Jyothi madam shared picture of big room with all the facility. The hotel boys are so rude that they behave like we stayed in free of cost.
Regarding the transport facility: as I reached Manali I received calls from multiple cab drivers that my number is shared by Mr. Sanjay & them will come and pick us for the local sightseeing, we stood outside of hotel for 2 hrs but no one came to pick us.
Later I came to know that my Mobile number being posted in one of the whatsapp group where all the taxi operator are available, they will call you from multiple numbers and kill your time .
Jyothi madam was not helped on this mater, when I approached her, she said
“Mein app ka sara kaam yahan se karungi kya “ .(I was surprised that why should we book tour package for, if they are not responsible for anything )
