Vfs Global Horrible customer care and visa processing experience

Totally horrible service, first of all VFS Global apply for me for wrong type of visa, I asked for Schengen visa and they applied for spouse visa which I don’t understand how is it possible. Of course embassy didn’t approve this visa because there was no marriage certificate and returned my application back to VFS. After this if VFS contacted me and we solve this misunderstanding everything could be fine but nobody contacted me about situation and for 3 weeks I had no idea that they applied for wrong visa and embassy returned it. I was waiting 3 weeks and my flight was coming soon and I did not have any information so after 3 weeks I called VFS customer service and they told me that my visa are on embassy and still under process, such a lie because my visa was 3 weeks already laying in VFS and nobody care that I am waiting for it and I have my flight in few days. VFS claimed that they contacted me which I don’t find true and when I asked to show me some prove if they really contacted me they refused to show me anything. I was planning this vacation 1 year, I have paid flight tickets, insurance, many other fees and expenses for this traveling and because of VFS all of this money end up in the drain, my traveling was ruined by VFS which cause me many personal troubles not just money lost and until now nobody even apologized from VFS.
