Club Mahindra Holidays Great disappointment

I am forwarding the same email I wrote to their customer care.
They have all the details with them including the attachments.

Good day to you !!!

It is with great disappointment that I write to you.

I became a member on 1st OCT 2021, member ID 2957235.

At the time of becoming a member I got food vouchers of Rs 17000 and at that time I was not aware, nor anyone told me about the validity of the vouchers. I was told over an email and also verbally by your salespeople Manjeet Rathod and Sandip Bidkar that those points will be credited to me after I make the payment of 6th EMI.
Soon after I got a joining email from Club Mahindra where it stated that points are valid for one year.
Reading this I was concerned that how can the validity of the vouchers start when I have not yet received them. time and again I check on my member login @club did not see those vouchers anywhere. Yet again I checked with sales team Manjeet, and he reaffirmed that I would get these vouchers only after the 6th EMI is credited.

Naturally I understood that the validity of the points can only start when I receive them and that is when I make my 6th EMI which is in April 2022.

It was shocking for me to understand that those points expired, and no one bothered to even warn me in advance. No communication either on your website on my account, nor any email from the club.
I now humbly request you to credit those points with an expiry of April 2023.
I have shared all the details in many many emails to your customer care team and they should be aware of the full story.
I hope you will treat this as one of the cases and address my grievance.
