Toplite Holidays Not responding Refund Issue

I want refund. Mr salman sales man from andaman working in your company..said me if I won’t like the service we will provide refund.but now he is not responding even ur company also asking for Tvc charges which was not mentioned to me at the time of membership. In agreement it was mentioned as exchange when I asked about it Mr salman said it is charges for exchanging your membership with others..it is a fraud..he is a cheater.i don’t want this type of membership I want my money back..resolve my issueasap
