Kalson Holidays And Suites Refund my money

Dear Sir,

On 05 Nov 2022 I joined your Kalson holidays and Suite membership through your representative Mr. Ashish Nag at Hotel Intercity Bilaspur 495001 Chhattisgarh.

I want to cancel my membership and refund my money Rs-25000/ immediately.
1. I want Cancelled Membership because Payment EMI not Confirmed by KALSON and total 25000 money deducted from my Credit Card.
2. I can’t manage your Annual Maintenance Charge AMC Rs-8500/
3. Total 43 holiday days are not mentioned clearly in the Agreement.
4. I am not able to manage this type of Membership.

By the influence of a representative promise I had joined this but i can’t manage this Membership AMC charge because i am facing financial problems.
Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
