We made a reservation at Sterling Arunai Anantha resort for stay from December 9 – December 11 (2022). We cancelled this reservation on October 30. We got a cancellation email the same day.
Till now we haven’t received a refund and we are unable to contact anyone from Sterling team. We enquirer about the refund via email and no response to the email. They promised to respond to the email within a day and even after 4 days there is no response.This is so annoying.
I’m not sure if this is a legit company.
