This is regarding a flight ticket from Indigo PNR number BTJU9R. According to the information from Indigo, the company had issued full refund of the ticket.
I tried communicating with the agency that was mentioned in the ticket, however, the customer care representative gave me the contact number of Agoda and was asking me to contact them for a refund. I made several attempts, but never got them connected.
It is sceptical to know that the booking was done through booking.com but the money goes to Agoda and we have to struggle to communicate with them.
I request to do the needful for the refund.
