Hi team we brought the domestic 5-year package from the team at 80K
And also had a lot of free deals like a few nights free in some hotels.
Every time when we try to get a booking we get standard replies in the message that it should be 1 month prior or 15 days. We reached out to them July for an august 7th booking but the same thing.
I feel the emails are automated and the same statements is repeated again and again. they shifted their company name to the creek without even informing us at all I got to know only when I reached out to avinta the Manager. During my booking, she was responding but was very unprofessional. Post 7 – 10 days she has not been answering the calls, the listed numbers on the website is also not being answered, the emails get a standard response. we have also asked them refund but they said that its not possible While asking for a refund they respond but they don’t respond for any other queries. I have requested a human interaction but no one has still done it..
We have been dubbed of our hard-earned money . Kindly help
