Travel Triangle Cancelled the trip and not responding properly

I am Bharath. I booked a trip to Maldives through Travel triangle (Simran: Ishita from Travel tree booked it). Here is the booking ID: 10130609. I paid a total of 1.44 Lakhs. I had to cancel my trip on 12/23 (scheduled for 12/27) and flights due to an issue with my passport being stuck at US consulate. This not a regular situation since the consulate is supposed to take 5-10 business days to process the visa but it has been almost 18 days than and I didn’t have my passport yet. So I asked The agent to reschedule to December of 2023 instead. The agent(Ishita) came back with couple options station that either I can cancel on 23rd and try getting a refund or reschedule only before March. She left me 20 minutes to make the decision. I was not in a state to plan a trip in March in 20 minutes. Hence asked for refund. Since then I have been talking and following up with the agent about the refund. It has been almost a month now and I followed up every single day. This wasn’t the case when I was booking the trip. The response I have been getting every single time is that the resort cancelled the trip and not responding properly. I called up the resort couple times to try and explain my situation. They mentioned that since the trip was cancelled they have not taken any payment and I am supposed to talk to the agent only to get the refund. Once I got to know, I asked ishita to give me a proof of payment which is denied to provide. I reached out to Simran from Travel triangle about this and to my surprise they are not even aware that the trip was cancelled. She sounded as if she is going to resolve immediately. Now it has been almost 15 days and Simran has been ghosting all my calls and messages. I need help getting the refund back or atleast a reschedule of the trip.
