I have taken membership of the above holiday vacation in Jan22. Thereafter im trying to contact Mr. Rohit Rajput and the other fellow Mr. Neeraj for booking a resorts/Hotel for vacation but both of them are not picking up phone. I sent so many mails but all are unreplied. Now i feel that this Loutestree Hoilday vacation is totally a fraud company. We spent Rs. 60000 to take membership of the same.
Now i want my Rs. 60000 back.
the membership of the company by paying Rs 50000 in 2021 and with my reference my friend also took the membership by patookying Rs 21000.
I requested to book my holiday at nature feast hotel at mechlodganj for 12 to 13 June and Blue heaven hotel at dalhouji for 14 To 15 June.I paid Rs.12000 again for AMC and extra bed charges.
Company sent me the voucher of the hotel bookings
After just paying the 12000 Rs.no any call received by company representative at his office,no any response.
When I checked in the hotel yesterday I was shocked to know that the booking has been cancelled one day before by the company and my next booking at dalhouji also cancelled.
I had to pay again Rs.2800 cash at the hotel nature feast mecklodganj.
Company has looted from me Rs.50000+12000 +2800 with mental torture by not attending any call .
As per review on the website company has done this fraud with many a persons
I have all the documents,agreement,voucher,confirmation mail etc.
Please suggest me how the legal action may be taken for this fraud against this company.
