We have been called at hotel radisson bhopal mr Rahul and Veerdeep have attended us and have taken rupees₹ 140000/- through immediate payment by credit card with just a email confirmation as welcome kit !!we have tried many times to use the membership but the terms agreed was totally different, we have asked to refund for the same but they have denied the same stating it’s non refundable !!they are even asking to charge annual membership amount well in advance before booking for hotels which was totally different from the commitment they hardly bother to reply to the emails even they have changed the email ids without informing to the customers !!guys don’t get Into there trapped it’s 200 percent fraud company !! I am ready to file a suit payment into consumer forum anybody viewing can join me will create more weightage and request the Govt to banned these companies who are looting are hard earn income
