Hi, i was also befooled by Grand Vivanta Vacations as they made me for 2.2 lacs for a package in the month of May’22, with fake promises and vouchers and they don’t even attend my calls when I try to book for any requirement. I told them to refund back my amount and they don’t do that as well.. plz help

1) The sale person gave lot of false commitments or the booking team is not fulfilling the commitments.
2. They are charging some exchange fees for every resort.
3. The company is not able to provide the hotels which are promised
4. Even gave 40000 for a trip in which we were promised to and fro air fare+ 4/5 star accommodation.
5) Duped of initials payment of 1.35 lacs + 40000rs
6) The company is not giving me full refund as well.
