I had initiated an online RD with Shriram finance LTD., on 05/12/2022. I completed all online procedures, and payed the first installment also. Even E- mandate for NACH, also was created. Subsequently, I did not get the account number / deposit certificate. On enquiry, I was told that, the system has not captured my bank details, and I need to do the process again. I did it again, but did not create an e-mandate again, as I have already done that with my bank.
Even after 20 days, my RD process was not done. Then I requested the money refund. This also not happening. Not getting a favourable / responsible reply from costomer support or call centre.
After writing to Chennai Modal officer of the company, I received a mail stating refund is initiated with airpay, and should wait fot 7-8 days. Now 10days over. No Refund still.
Looks like this is done deliberately. Like me they may be able to cheat many costomers, and can increase the income in an easy way.
