I ordered a Benq MX507P projector through VPLAK online portal (vplak.com) by paying the amount in advance. Even though I have contacted them many times, they did not supply the product. On May 9, 2022, I asked them to refund the amount. To get this amount I have sent three more emails. So far they have not refunded the amount. So I request you to take the necessary steps to refund the amount and to get compensation from VPLAK.
