Blue Mountain Resort And Hospitality Fraud

I get a call from Blue mountain resort and hospitality (BMRH). They invite me and my wife to attend a programme and have dinner at Hotel Bagban Kratos Club. I accepted the invitation. When We go there, one representative Mrs Bhavika talk to us about their membership plans. She shows us a lot of benefits. She also showed us their certificate of excellence and a video where CM Bhupendrabhai Patel is giving an award to BMRH. First, she explained a membership plan of around 4, 10, 000/-rs. So I refused it as I am a salaried person who can’t bear such a huge amount. So she offered and reduce membership costs by around 3, 20, 000/-rs. The total budget is decided finally around 3, 01, 000/-rs. As they reduced some 19000/-rs due to name of Intrest discount was told due to credit card payment.
They checked my credit card limit and available balance by HDFC credit card through EMI which first EMI will be deducted after 45 days around the 07th of December for 24 months and it’s on 0% interest, but when I got EMI table then I know that it’s with Intrest, so after lots of call and lots of discussions they arrange me that Intrest refund amount in divide 4 EMI.
Offers promised as mentioned below:-
1. The membership plan is for 10 years and usable for a lifetime having 6N/7D every year or total 70 days plan.
2. There will be one complimentary trip of 3N/4D in Maldives free of cost including travel fare, accommodation in Water Villa, Breakfast Launch & dinner with Surat to Surat transportation.
3. After taking a complementary trip if you are not satisfied then it can be sold or transferred through them and the whole paid amount will be refunded.
4. There will be all service taxes will be free for each trip.
5. Whenever we want to use Membership days either in 1 year or 2 years, that time I have to pay an 8999/-rs maintenance fee which also a 50% discount will be given. This thing I confirmed many times with her.
6. I will use this Membership day anywhere in the world excluding Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
7. whenever we use membership days that time they provide a vehicle with 2 options a.based on KM which rate is 10/KM or b. based on 750/Day and also in a meal there is 2 option a. 799/pp in India and 1299/pp out of India

After reaching home when I read the terms and conditions and found them it’s different, they also did not mention all detail in the registration document.
As per T&C, all taxes during the trip vacationer have to pay. Maintenance fees have to be paid whenever either you plan a trip for even only 2N/3D after a complementary trip or after 90 days of membership.
There was no condition mentioned that we can sell or transfer the membership after a complementary trip if we don’t get satisfied.

After 2 days I got a call from the admin department regarding verification and they asked that all T&Cs are cleared. I told about 2 issues about maintenance fee & other taxi and food discount. They didn’t do verification and asked me to clear all things.

after a few days when I ask them to provide a list of hotels, I want to visit in Europe then they ask me that Europe was not available in this package.

Now after that whenever I talk to a representative they always deny it.. Sir, I never told you like this about the complementary trip and other exp plus also she ask me that I will only avail of this membership in Asian Country .. Sir, you are having some misunderstanding..

I went to their office also but they are not ready to listen to anything.. Saying now money will not be refunded do whatever you can do.. now my membership ID generated .. and after that I aware that all commitment was wrong

Please do needful to get my money back and stop them to do this type of fraud with others.
