I ordered a Touch-LCD combo for Asus Memopad 8 on October 11, 2022. I paid Rs 1179 online. On the website, they mentioned that the product is in their stock and it will be shipped within 24 hours. They didn’t ship it even on 14th October. When I called them, they told me that the product is not in their stock. Then I canceled the order on the 14th of October night and I requested to refund my money. However, they didn’t do that either. Now they are not even responding to my phone and emails. Now I have found the same product elsewhere. I want my money to be refunded.
