During the pickup of the household stuff, Total amount of the courier has been paid instantly which was 7500/- (including packing, moving and courier charges). However, the consignment was marked as ‘Freight on Delivery’ on the main delivery partner (Delhivery) tracking portal. Upon contacting the person Mr. Mukesh Mishra, he asked to make the payment during delivery as well and ensured about sending me the amount back by upi. He also shared a screenshot of failed payment. Instantly my bank details were also shared for payment.
I made an additional payment of 5400/- during delivery which was supposed to be refunded by AAkruti packers and movers since the full payment was already done.
Upon following up almost daily since the delivery date (19/08/22), fake assurance of payments is done by the owner. The office assistant is also not answering the calls and messages.
