I bought a plot from ALD INFRATECH PVT LTD in april 2014 with by back gaurantee in 30 month with 30% interest.
In Octomber 2016, 30 month completed and I am doing follow-up with team from last 4 years.
builder is not interested in returning my money back. Every time I Called them, I got an answer boss is not in office, I also contacted the dealer who is involved in this deal and dealer is also not responding .
please help me as i have medical emergency.
