Order number have paid complete payment cancellation and refund

Placed order on 11th august 2022, committed by homecentre that should get it maximum by 19th august. However, my product is still not delivered and have paid complete payment. Now, when I m calling and emailing them, same response every time give us 48 hours . It more than a week I am chasing up but same reply . When I asked for cancellation and refund me back if can’t delivered, they refused to even cancel it
So bottom line is have paid for the product but they are not giving and keep giving me same response wait for 48 hours will come back with resolution.
