ICC immigration coimbatore has offered me Latvian business visa and cheated 2.5 lakhs. First they conducted an online interview with mr Robert valpiters, he is Latvian lawyer and mr.kishore told me to pay 2.5 Lakhs by two part for processing fee..
I paid all the amount by two part. Now almost 1 year completed. No response from mr.kishore.. so I told them to return my amount…then now mobile also switched off.. please help and guid me to register complaint against them
