I have been approached by this firm for Visa and immigration services. I have been given incorrect information and falsified about their services, terms and conditions and was forced to pay a sum of 2500 for visa eligibility check and another 5000 as advance for the contract.
Upon getting the draft agreement, I understood that there is a lot of differences between what I was told and what’s actually in the agreement. So I have clearly mentioned them i’m not ok to get into the agreement and asked for a refund. However, they are denying it.
I am also skeptical about the Director/Shareholder “Mansi Chakraborty” as she is linked to other immigration companies as well. Also I think she is faking and pretending to be Radhika Gupta – an employee in Indievisa.
Kindly look into this and address the issue.
