Worst service by Fossil watch service center, i feel like have been cheated through. I had bought Emporio Armani watch in 30000 Rs from Just In Time, Iscon cross road brand Ahmedabad before 2 years. Since from last few month i was facing battery related issue such as it was just 4-5 hours running in full charge so i gave this watch for repair to Just In Time.
After waiting for 35 days I got CN (Credit Note) if 5999 Rs. against my watch from Fossil stating that the watch can’t be repaired. I asked them the return watch in same condition it was but when I received the watch, there was charging ring missing in watch so I could not charge it. They didn’t leave any option rather than accepting CN.
So would say don’t buy such watches of Fossil company.
