Saree delivered was very different from what was ordered(depicted in the photo).It looks very different. Quality and texture is very poor. Colour is very pale(more of whitish mix). A cheap quality product. Their customer service is horrible. They don’t even attend the phone calls. Finally, I mailed them, and I kept getting the same response “we have delivered the same stuff that was ordered “. They have no response to my question “whether it appears the way it was depicted in the photograph”. They claim that there is no way for exchange or refund as they have delivered the same as ordered. In a way compelling to keep it even when a customer is not happy about the product. Rs 1099 was of total waste.
