I bought iPhone 13 on 23rd Jul from the online site of maple and got it delivered on 24th Jul. Along with this i bought a charger. Today is 28th and the charger isnt working. I tried in all the ports at home, tried in office, nothing worked. I then went to the maple store in Rcity mall, they just checked and dont know how it started working there. Post 10 mins i reach office and i see its again not working. I fail to understand how a new product can be faulty. I sent a complaint email to maple in the afternoon, no one seemed to get in touch or respond to the email. Extremely disatisfied with maple and the service. I guess it was wrong decision to buy from Maple. Apple should discontinue allowing maple to sell their products as this is impacting their brand image.
