PSG College of Technology is Amazon refund not reflected in my account

I had ordered 3 heaters from amazon on 3.11.2021 and returned the same and the amount is Rs.7384.67 for 1 heater summing up to Rs. 22154.

The amazon says the refund has been initiated by them and it has been credited on 9.11.2021 as 3 times (Rs.7384.67/-). But the amount has not been credited to my account.

20211127 is the reference number.

Please help me to solve the issue. I am behind this for 6 months
