We are from Rajwada Springfield, Narandrapur, we are here from September 2020, we would like to mention/ complain about the builder, as since we are staying here we found out that there are lots of problems in the building quality and materials used, starting from the swimming pool, community hall, gym, flat windows, lifts all are very low quality used, we feel we have been cheated by the builder, last night there was a huge security lapse, few people came in the premises saying that they are from the electrical department and they have come to remove one transformer, they came in at 21:00 hours to do that, we are in a state of shock, how can that be possible? The builder is still taking maintenance every month and not doing anything, there are 3 blocks out of that two blocks lifts are not working since 3 weeks now, we really feel we have been cheated, Please advise any legal action against the builder.
