I’d applied for Quebec/Canada immigration in May 2014 through Xiphias Immigration consultants – Bangalore. I’ve not signed any agreement with this company. But they failed to submit my application on time/before deadline. I’ve paid approximately 2.5 Lac. as processing fee & service charge. Now they are refusing to refund money & stopped replying my mails & telephone calls. pls advise how to get refund. Your expert advise is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
