I had registered a complaint about our Chimney on September 7th 2022.
I got no call from him and I called him and forwarded the complaint details on Sep 15th after waiting 1 week.
I got a call from another number where the person said he was the technician and he would come. He never showed up nor answered calls.
I then got an SMS on Sep 30th that my complaint was resolved – not true as no one came to even see what the issue was.
I registered a second complaint on October 3rd
Service provider Mohan Singh
No phone call from him till date.
I contacted the other person he said he was not working with Sunflame anymore and gave us the number of Mohan Singh.
We also went back to the store on Nov 5th where we bought the product: Decent Renuka Keonthal Commercial Complex, Khalini, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh 171002
The man running the store called Mohan Singh who said he would call and visit us today Nov 7th – he did not call or show up. When we called him in the evening he said he would visit in a day or two.
I called the customer service on Nov 6th and I was told my case has been escalated and I would get a resolution in 24 – 48 hours – no such call came.
I called customer service today – I was told I should give 24 – 48 hours time for some action to be taken.
I want to return the product as I have no faith in your product or customer service. We have been waiting 2 months for some resolution and we have got none.
