Sunrise Pharma is Money taken but product not delivered

On indiamart website, i ordered from this company but they did not deliver products after taking payment; india mart tried to contact but no response, now india mart are closing this companys account so that they cant fool anyone else and they have advised me to contact consumer forum so you can help me recover money from this fraud

proof of invoice and payment i made from my paytm to the suppliers utkarsh bank account are attached
Please help me to get my money back and punish this fraud supplier
