We the resident of Mahindra Happinest Apartment society, currently residing in A block noticed that the mobile tower is being installed very close to our apartment which is less than 20ft.When we enquired we came to know that it’s the place where builder had executed the gift deed in 2014 to corporation. This place has been encroached by the Private party mentioned above and doing illegal construction of mobile tower currently.
Request your help to stop the work and remove the unit with immediate effect.
