I have taken a service of 11800 rs of adonomist algo software company on dated- 17 Jan 23 because his executive Mr Karan Kundra was doing continue followup with me for generating profit via software for trading. After paying 11800 amount he asked another 5900 rs for upgrading service. I have paide that amount same day. After 2 Days When My service was started. I have bear loss of 24000 rs. I was not ready to continue that time but they have made multiple commitment of generating profit. He will give premium call tips with the help of his senior, his senior said that they will give premium call, kindly submit 30% amount of 120000. Rest amount was supposed to pay after profit but no profit was made and only I received loss. Mr Karan said kindly complete your service he will take premium call from expert team and his Boss . They make commitment that you have to do 1 lakh rupees invesment and after 6 Month you will get benifitted by 6 Lakh rupees. But I did not earn a single rupees from them only i lost my 1 Lakh money within few days. Now I am demanding my amount refunded which i have invested in his company for the sake of service in term of profit. But I am not getting positive response from there . They also did not provide any kind of invoice for the amount paid. I need my 100% amount refund. Kindly support.
