This is the first time I am travelling with Alliance Air but my god was it the worst experience ever? I am highly disappointed with the staff and the departure time was never the same. I booked my ticket for 11:30 Am and it’s not going to depart anytime soon. It got delayed to 1 Pm and upon arriving, they said your departure timing is 12:00 PM. With all rush, I reached the gate and now the departure was delayed to 1:30 Pm. Employees work like sloths and don’t care about the customers. On asking the reason behind the delays, the response is simply lame and unbothered with the pain of the customers. Trust me, I don’t think travelling with Alliance Air is going to be a comfortable experience ever. It’s already 1:30 Pm and there is no sign of departure. I am sure they think customers have all the time in the world.
