B4basket.in is this website fake and fraud

I had ordered 2 Trust Microwave Cook, Heat and Serve Casserole Small Bowls from b4basket.in via UPI for which I received the email confirmation from PayU. I have not received the ordered item till date and sending return the below automated message. Attached are the images of the payment confirmation email and message not delivered automated message.
